Colt 20 rnd pin location

Can someone give me the correct pin measurements on a colt 20 round magazine please ...I'm pretty sure mine are incorrect

I don’t understand the question. The right pin measurement for what? For limiting capacity? If it’s for limiting capacity, the right measurement is 5 rounds of .223/5.56, not 6.

The rivot distance from the top of the magazine or feed lip. For 5 capacity

Also you pin at 5.5 rnds not 5 .

Maybe, these will help. My late bro was a machinist and over engineered this one....you want to go slightly past 5 rds (5 1/2), otherwise you will get frustrated trying to load 5 and turn your mag into a 4/20 rd....

Bro was a machinist and a perfectionist......then he realized how long it would take the drill, tap and grind the pins on the rest of his mag collection.
