Does anybody know if there is ANY possible way to get brand new Colt AR 15?I have an Armalite lower with a colt M4 style upper, but i would really like a complete Colt. I will buy a used one if i have to, but id really like a brand new one. Any info would be a great help. Thanks.
 
Colt is too busy filling US military contracts, they aren't producing much in the way of civie guns. Most of the Colt models you are probably looking for are restricted to LE only.

i've been looking for a new colt for sometime now with no luck. they aren't selling factory. Colt Canada & Colt USA are selling only gov't/police contracts for the time. Your best bet would be used. Keep looking around and posting.

I really can't see any reason why the canadian government did that. Yes, I know gun laws don't make any sense, but this law is just horribly unpatriotic. We already have look alike C7 rifles, why not the real deal?
 
I spoke with a rep. from R.Nicholls, even them, they are limited (restricted) to only 35 colts every months... not to give them an excuse, but it is obvious that they will fullfill their mil/LE contract before the civilian market. Sad to say.

They're not, that's the funny thing. People insist on paying top dollar for a pony cartoon.. In all fairness they are up to Mil-spec standards and have a long history of cooperation with the DoD.
 
^Bushmaster don't use mil-spec tubes for their collapsable stocks.

Stag is the closest you'll get without the pony logo, though guys at ARFCOM hates the deer head and prefer the RRA's design????

Gun people are weird I tell ya.

If ArmsEast is listening, how about a Canadian run of Stag Arms with a Moose's head...Moosehead lower. :D
