So I finally pieced together my own C.C IUR. :p, Range trip this weekend.

I have the same setup except for the lower. It's also superbly accurate and a joy to shoot. Love the over run Danish contract IUR uppers. Looks better and feels more solid with the C9A2 flash hider compared to the C8 IUR Patrol carbine we use on the force.
 
I was planning to get a bunch of colt USA parts, But once I added up the cost I would of saved maybe 200$, So I just bought a 2nd Sa15.7 and sold the upper...

This way I have all C.C parts in my IUR.

I just hope C.C waits a while before releasing anything else, I need to finish paying for this stuff... lol...
 
Wow nice rifles there. My C8A3 clone is nearly complete, just waiting on the Eotech to show up. Hopefully by the time I scrape up the cash there will still be some IURs available!
 
Thought about the 512, but ended up splurging for the 552. What do you have on yours? I was also lucky enough to find a triad, and I also have a CADEX vertical grip on it. Now if only I could find some Diemaco BUIS :evil:
 
Its a 552 as well, But the Naval boarding party is now running XPS-2's im half tempted to swap it for that, But I would need $$$ to make that happen... lol... I found my Diemaco BUS on EE, they come up from time to time...

And I cant make out what the rear sight is.

I wish,I only get 1 range trip a year if i'm lucky. The least they could do is supply me with ammo for the rest of the year... lol...

So I have been busy buy some new goodies for my IUR, I really hate how easy Brownells makes it to empty my wallet.. lol...

-BCM Mod 3 Grip
-BCM mod 0 stock
-BCM end plate
-BCM Mod 3 forward grip and BCM KAG ANGLED GRIP ( will keep the one I like bestest.... )
-Geissele 2 stage trigger

Still waiting on EE for a used Specter DR ( im really getting tired of switching my optic from my Tavor to IUR lol... ) and I removed that IUR rail cover its the most useless peice of kit I have ever bought. But so far I'm liking my IUR better than my C8A3.

I also learned today that the naval boarding party have IUR's on the way :) cant wait to see them, and I cant wait to finally have a "G" trigger in my AR...

If you can source it, Colt Canada has a version made for them - the 40L-C. I believe Wolverine has had them listed on their site in the past.
