Every single company needs to understand that the sole purpose to their existence is PROFITS!

No other purpose exists, should exist, will exist, or has ever existed, ever!
Time for CC to start opening themselves up to that notion.
The civilian market is vast, but civilians are pretty demanding on their product's value.
Wow, I am surprised of CC recent attitude shift, but I am under whelmed by there recent offerings and attempt to dump stock on the general public and then once the stock begins to diminish or possible other contract offers they drop public consumers like a hot potato and turn their backs to us.
Like mentioned above civilian sales will continue long after contracts and could total far greater than contracts if as much effort was out on civilian sales as potential government contracts.

I doubt Canadian civilian sales and support will ever overshadow the large contracts, in either volume, value or importance. I think they will continue to use the civilian market to liquidate surplus and as a make work project to fill idle time, much to the individual purchasers frustration.
I was lucky enough to get some "D" furniture in both green & black flavors a while ago. Lucky me I guess.

It's speculation right now but there's definatly something going on.
Well it seems like they're going to continue with retail sales from what I understood from what was posted to their forum before it was taken down. Even if they don't, it's nothing to complain about. Those who bought in will enjoy a nice appreciation to the price of their rifles, and those who didn't ... well I guess they will have something to complain about.
I bought an IUR upper, so I have some skin in this game.
There was alot of good info, pics, opinions, discussion, etc on there, and I really don't see why that all had to be nuked.
What was their reasoning here? I don't see how it makes sense, and image wise, its a bad move, imho.
The threads probably had to be removed in order to do the change in posting permissions. I don't know the vbulletin system well, so it's just a guess.
There was a lot of good information, but there were also a lot of posts of people complaining and ridiculing their pricing, late IOP offer, Korth, OMNI lower offer, asking for impossible custom guns, etc.

Man we are a bunch of whiners.
They are still in the game. We talked up the rifles before CC even got in the game. We wanted them so bad. And when they delivered, we whined about price.
They haven't left. They have just limited their presence. Perhaps Odell will take on a bigger presence as their rep and as a past CC developer.
