hi everyone, this friend of mine has a colt double eagle mk2 in 45ACP and he asked me to find out the current going rate for it. now i've tried the search engine on this site dating back to 1yr and haven't found anything other than how the delta is better than the double eagle. anyone have any info on the market price for it? any input on price for excellent/good/fair conditions would be great. just looking for a ballpark figure. thanks!

Gunnar had one listed a year or 2 ago, which I dealt him out of for my stock.
I think I paid him $ 600.oo + shipping and gst and I turned it for $700.oo
It was as new condition, I kind of liked the thing other the hooky grip panels
which can't be changed.
They are not hot sellers, but I never had one before, so that is enought reason
for the buy.

I have had a couple of them, still have a NIB 10mm. I would say $700-800 in excellent condition. I thought they were good guns, not a 1911, but then, what is? - dan
