Well, it isn't a firearm. Theoretically it should be easy, but then again no-one can understand CBSA rules including themselves.

I believe just like any other AR, as the lower is still "functional" and serialized.

Well, it isn't a firearm. Theoretically it should be easy, but then again no-one can understand CBSA rules including themselves.

On the dealers website it states it is "capable of firing but would result in a severe injury" therefore the lower is still functional and would still be considered a firearm.

Kinda cool to examine and look at...but what a waste of a firearm that should be getting lots of play time at the range.
