Colt King Cobra .357 Magnum- Parts?

( Stainless model )Looking for the "hand"part "# 22" fr. manual .------------ Having a hell of a fun time tracking someone who deals in parts ." Colt" just don't give a sweet donuts' hole about selling parts to anyone but the Gov'ment it seems .

There was a 'rumour' about a Colt factory repair 'facility' in Quebec.

I could be wrong, but I did overhear this once, recently at the local club.
The USA repair outlets must know??
