Colt LE6921

The additional recoil and stress put to the gun with a 16" carbine isn't worth it,

There's been an issue with this in M4s that have the snot shot out of them, we're talking semi-autos here, same issue doesn't apply.

I've had both, SP1 16", got a Colt 6721 right now, had a couple of 14.5" barrels in the past, one was a Wilson Arms barrel.

I don't work for SOCOM, I don't care what they use, 16" barrel works fine.

Although I'm now going to contradict myself totally and say I use my AR-15 with the 18" barrel more than anything else but that's just because it's a really nice barrel, the length isn't really an issue for me.

The whole thing about 16" carbine produces more stress and recoil does not make sense at all - 16" carbine has a smaller gas port than 14.5" , so how does it generate more stress and recoil?
