Colt m4a1 le6920socom would you buy?

The SOCOM model is almost the exact same rifle as the standard 6920, but with the SOCOM profile barrel(thicker under the handguards). It has a KAC RIS rail system, an ambidextrous safety and a flip up sight that I can't for the life of me remember the brand of. Oh and not to forget it has different roll markings on the receiver if I'm not mistaken. As far as function. Everybody in the states seems to like Colt AR15's and generally have great reviews so I imagine these rifles are the exact same quality as their other rifles.

You could also get cheaper ars that will do just as well, unless you really like the ambi controls.
I'd buy it for the SOCOM profile barrel alone as long as it's 14.5". Some idiot in the EE thinks he's gunna get $700 for the barrel... lol
Yes! EE is kind of a comedy routine right now… I love how they put at the end of their overpriced items… 'Firm'

The only things that I don't like is the 7 1/4 pounds trigger. I'll fix that next year.

You can import your very own 6921 SOCOM barrel for: $500-$700USD purchase price + shipping to exporter + import fees + Customs and Duty + shipping from importer to Canadian address... That's all IF you can actually find an American seller that's willing to do the paperwork for the export/import. If you can get it in-hand for cheaper (including the 3-month import wait period), you certainly have something to brag about.

People think the importing thing is cheap to do, but figure out the math. It's even worse if you are importing a firearm. The average importing fee is $333.50 plus you have to pay the GST on the firearm purchase price.
