So, Colt Defence won't sell to civvies, and no export licences for Colt Defence AR15 models.

However, this only applies to the Colt Defence line, not the Match Target line. We were offered the MT M4 in the past, and it IS exportable for general resale. So just curious if this is something people want?

Basically a 6920 with Post ban features (non-threaded barrel, muzzle brake, no bayo lug and a fixed stock).

It's rollmarked M4 Carbine though ;)

Isnt your Stag at least the same quality or even better than the 6920 series?

I think Stags represent tremendous quality and value, and may be configured comparably to the 6920 at many, many, hundreds of dollars less. Stag Arms also supports Canadian shooters by working to produce carbines specifically for this country.

But if you already have five Stags, or are a Colt Kool-Aide drinker ;) ... we'd still like to be able to offer you something.

I voted no. Not a Colt collector.

If these are going to be offered again, wouldn't they also be made by Colt Defence? Seems that some of the last batch of Match Target Hbar (MT6001) rifles that were offered up for sale in country (ie. the ones that they were selling at Epps) were marked "Colt Defence". Would this be an issue or are we just talking about the specified LE models ala 6920, 6520, 6721, etc...?

hsld.

Colt Pin Sizes

Can anyone advise the pivot & fire control pin sizes on these Hard to tell from the info on the Colt site.

Even better would a reference for which Colts use which pin sizes.

AFAIK, all Colts now have standard pivot pins, but use the non-standard FCG pins.
