The only stainless Colts currently available with Epps seem to be the compact government versions with shortened barrels. I nearly missed that detail in the description...I just sold a Sig P229 so I think I'm gonna pass on a shortened barrel

neither of the two, if you are willing to pay that much money (1700.00) and up, you might as well go with the custom or semi custom- wilson, les baer, nighthawk,brown, Dw. I just find the colt and kimber to costly vs quality.

The Wilson Combat Hunter looks incredible, but they're way beyond my price point. The Kimber Custom Stainless I'm looking at is just under 1300, after that they seem to jump to 1500 and up.
