Colt triad 4 slot mount

Can anyone tell me if the 4 slot triad mounts were manufactured under Diemaco or Colt Canada originally.

Im assuming these are rare as unicorn droppings.

It's just a reworked rifle triad in the end. If you need i can take pictures and dimensions

In regards to the markings, I BCM has a clone, not sure how it's marked:

ETA: 4 slot? Sorry, didn't clue in, only saw Colt and Triad....I don't think I've ever seen a 4 slot Triad, but I'm sure some of the more experienced guys who posted earlier have.

I think the 4-slot TRIAD IIs for the C8A3s will be next to impossible to find in the wild or sold to civilians because it is specifically made to fit with the M203A1 sights. Not a lot of people outside of the CF owns those.

I had been looking for the longest time, and of all places....my step father had a beatup one in an old flight bag of his. Had it coated, not the most desirable but one none the less.

If BCM were still making their version and you weren't picky about needing the Big D, I'd say just get one of those and have a gunsmith chop the last slot. Not a perfect replica, but might be an okay "representation."
