I posted a query about the problem I was having sighting in my Colt Trooper Mk III (.357) on the Colt Forum as well.
A member responded that the front sight may be too short, possibly off a 22 cal gun. I would need to measure it and compare the measurement to a known 6 in 357 front sight.
If there is a member who has a Trooper Mk III in .357 who could measure the height of the front blade sight above where it is pinned into the barrel, I would be grateful.
