colt uppers

Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me if a "small" hole Colt A1 upper will fit onto a Stag or Armalite lower? I know there is a difference but not sure what it is. Thanks in advance. Cheers Pete

Probably and should. There can be some slight tolerance issues with various manufacturers, however most will just snap right in with no problems.
A Colt large hole front take down pin upper will probably fit as well, just a 'sleeve' adapter would need to be used. Once installed and the both halves put togeter, you are good to go.

My Colt M16A1 upper sits on my Armalite lower just fine.

Well it turns out that my upper is a large hole(312) with the .250 pin. Where can I get a bushing to take up the difference? Any in Canada? Cheers Pete
