Pro Line Shooters in Calgary is supposedly the largest dealer in Canada for Colt SAA revolvers. They should be able to hook you up.
 
I stand to be corrected but my understanding is that the SAA's are made in the Colt Custom shop rather than as a normal production run. If this is the case the time between ordering and actually receiving the gun could be considerable.
My local gun shop had one about a year ago and it was going for around $1700.00, I could check with them about getting these guns in and delivery times if the price doesn't scare you off.
 
Excellent! Yeah, they are the last of the old time gun shops. No internet presence at all. Just a couple of guys and a gun counter. Great shop. I'm sure that you will enjoy dealing with them.
