Combination gun scope mount

Anyone have any idea what bases this combo would need ?

Miroku 7500 12 Ga over 308win. Made on a citori action. Apparently a few of these were brought in by Reliable Gun late 80s and the manager has one but every time I call they can never figure out which manager....

Looks like a tapered dovetail with a little recoil lug hole similar to the idea of a cz550

Measure the widest and narrowest point with calipers. There are a couple of different dovetail but I think kost common is 12mm and optics trade have a ton.
