Hi everyone!
New to the forum and was wondering if combination guns are popular and for what type of hunting?

Hey bobby. Loads of threads available on the forum already. I personally have owned 8 (I think) combination guns over the years and currently own 4 drillings and have sold another. I definitely try and stick with European makers as they definitely do it better than savage, haha. The Germans and Austrians do some fine work. Send me a pm if you have questions.

They're not real popular in Canada for hunting, some fellas do use them but most times guys just like collecting them.

Welcome to the CGN from southern Ontario.
Never owned or used a combo. But I could see there uses maybe deer round and a shot gun for game birds don't hunt anymore do I'm sure someone will chime in with a better answer.
