If yes, can I buy different type of shot shell to make up 10 boxes to get the combo?

Say if I buy 7 boxes of buck-shots + 3 boxes of slug + back packer, Do I pay $149.99 + $149 - $50 + GST?

Don't know if the combo is still going but I know they said they had to be full cases before. Rather than them opening and repacking the cases of shells
