Comin' to Sask ......

Alberta's the place to be.
You're getting closer. Sask is a good start.
Look me up. We'll go hunt/shoot Moose/Deer/Elk all in the same day.

Which potash mine are you going to?

Esterhazy or the one by Saskatoon?

I have only been out once to the Mosaic mine between Regina a MJ. I liked it there. The folks were ALL very friendly.

Right now it's mostly the engineers out there doing vibration analysis, but there are opportunities on the horizon for the NDT side of the company. I'm gonna have to wait till things firm up before coming out. In our work there sometimes is a fair bit of travel (if one wants to) and it will open the door for me to travel out to Sask during hunting season.

Here in SJ we have TONS of long term work on the horizon. There is a, LNG plant being built as we speak, a total refurb and possible 2nd boiler to the local nuke plant, as well as a totally new refinery being built here in SJ. This is all new construction that does not include the daily maintenance work that will be needed in the area, which is plenty as it is now.

If you like money, AB might be a place you might want to have a look.
I've been to Alta a few times to work. I liked it there, but I'm not young enough to take on and pay off a 1/2 million dollar mortgage. :runaway:

Yes the realestate $$ are out of hand right now. We are near the "Heartland Industrial" area of Fort Sask. AB. There are a proposed, 8 big upgrader plants going in over the next five years.

A family member of mine was offered $10,000.00 per acre for his farmland. Another area resident closer to the proposed expansions was offered $36,000.00 per acre. They turned it all down:eek: Damn die hard farmers:runaway: . it seems (is) big money but it's just pennies to these big outfits moving in.

I'll sell my 160 acres as soon as they hit $50,000.00 per acre. THEN I'm taking all my loot and moving to Saskatchewan :D :D :D
I'll be bringing my cows to, I'll have to do something between hunting seasons.

Saskabush is the place to be Supercub, get in on the ground floor. The Sask. governement is finally waking up and going to get into the oil and gas business themselves. It will boom just like AB is one day.

See you there one day.;)

p.s. - Mmmmmmmm..... Pilsner..... makes me want to have one right now. Well, gotta go, I'm off to the fridge.

Arch:)
