Commander and Gov't parts interchangeable

Quick question, I have a match disconnector and sear for a commander 1911 45, and I wonder if it will fit a 1911 gov't? Essentially are the parts interchangeable.

They are,the only difference between the two is the commander has a shorter dust cover and the slide moves back just a hair more

And the ejector and the barrel bushing and the recoil spring plug.
