I'll ask you again, where did you get the match stock set?
Lots of places in the EU, mainly in France, Germany, Swiss and Czech Republic that I found, I have some links bookmarked on my computer at home, I will post when I find them. Not sure how hard it is to get into Canada but there is a lot less B.S for stuff coming from Europe then the U.S State department now gives us.
I'm wanted to do this for a few years now, ever since seeing brobee put a 14.5 barrel on a classic green, years before they were offered in Canada. If I remember TSE brought in the barrel and hand guards for him. Not sure if he swapped the barrel or TSE, but TSE does have the proper vise and tools to do Swiss Arms barrel swaps.
I have always been to pussy to drop so much money into project without knowing the results, Basicly how much better it would shoot then the stock one. I am VERY interested in your range results if MOA is improved, then this will be my next big bucks rifle project.
Don't quote me on prices but here is what I remember you need.
26" Barrel - $800
Stock - $1200 (maybe more this was the part that made me fall off my chair, I was prepared to put a magpul PRS stock on, there are Swiss arms AR stock adapters out there for under $200).
Snipper pistol grip - $400
Light trigger spring set - $100
Heat deflector $??
New hand guard lower with better bipod mount - $180
I could be way off on my prices it has been a few years, but back then you could get a used black target for $2,400. Sell the barrel for $500 so you are down to $2000 + $2,700 plus TSE labour and you are look at around $5000. Which is way less then what the real green ones sell used!!!
I don't know why some aren't brought in complete. The SA Sniper lists in every EU gun site that carries Swiss Arms? Bring some in complete and I will be first in line!!!
