Commercial or Contract Pattern 53? Value?

It is a nice 3 band Enfield that turned up in Eastern Ontario. I will describe it and list some photographs to help with the identification. There are no military proofs or marks on the exterior wood or metal. The lock is Enfield 1861 with a crown. The butt tang is marked 10 over B. The barrel is marked 25 (bore). The barrel bands are repaired and there is no ramrod. After removing the barrel you can see that a broad arrow has been cut into the stock near the spoon catch.
The bottom of the barrel is numbered 607 and stamped T. Turner under the nipple. The bottom of the barrel is also marked Ezra Millward along with TT and some numbers. The back of the lock is marked Moxham and a small MH. The back of the hammer and lock are marked 15. The bore is well worn. The wood is in very good condition. There were no marks or names under or behind the trigger guard. So was this gun put together by Thomas Turner or some other contractor?

Without lookin it up, I think Thomas Turner used to put out military Sniders that he modified for civilian use like hunting and target shooting.
I've done th shows last 20 straight years and find the Sniders, P53 and P58's are not selling very high. They do sell good if owners let them go for 300-400 range even if parts missing. I've tried last 2 years and no luck selling my Pattern 53 Tower 1962 asking 950 bucks. Lots of guys interested, but that's it.
Yours is nicely marked, if bore's good you can try for 1,000 dollars. There doesn't appear to have any extras, like muzzle, stock or sight work done though. Good luck.
