Commercial reloaders of .223 and .308

69 gr and 168 gr would fit the bill quite nicely

A crate? If it is not a bunch more then it is for me to crank them out, and they shoot as good or better, put me down for 10K.

The reason I said one crate is because the company that I used to buy from (Quality Ammo) would take in your fired brass as partial payment. I probably have 1000 cases of .308, but I dont have 10K lying around.
I may have 5K or 6K empty 9x19mm though, and a couple of thou .223

As tjhaile noted above, actually finding enough brass would be one hurdle for such an operation.
