Commercial reloaders that buy used brass

Long story short, my club has a few thousand .40S&W brass we're looking to sell after a police unit destroyed some of our target boards. I'm trying to sell to individual reloaders first, but for a backup plan, I was wondering what commercial reloaders here in Canada buy used brass. Only one I know of that advertises that they buy brass is BDX. Does anyone know any others I could contact?

IPSC shooters in that caliber would love to hear that. I never buy less than 5k at a time. If not done already, you should run a WTS.
