One wonders how this is allowed to stand. Governor Arnold is a right wing guy, and with consideration to out of production guns, the NRA would certainly consider the drop test to be in conflict with the second amendment.

Arnold does not have the ability to create law. He can sign or veto a law passed by the legislature but even a veto can be overturned.

As for the second ammendment, it is nearly worthless. The ammendment, as written, is far too vague and certainly outdated. The courts in the US still have not been able to effectively sort out what the ammendment actually protects.

Travis, the Second Amendment is only vague to those who wish it wasn't there. It is well written and not vague in the least. It will continue to guarantee the rights of gun owners in the US long after we are gone.

Unfortunately a lot of good peopole live there too but their votes are cancelled by places like L.A., San Francisco, and the other big cities.
