We will be putting in a "FAQ" tab on our webstore soon. In the meantime here are a few that are asked almost daily.
1 - Free Freight on orders over $300 to most of Canada. Unfortunately White Horse and Yellow Knife freight rates are impossible - example Canpar 40 lbs to White Horse = $250 +. On a side note I will be at the White Horse gun show in late July with a large supply of ammunition.
2 - We don't have a retail store front and can't allow visitors. It's not that we aren't friendly - we have open cages and we would have to close them and stop production every time we have a visitor.
3 - We don't order used brass - we get drums and drums of it and sort it - some by hand. If the web site won't let you buy 2 or 3 or 10 of a calibre then there aren't that many on our shelves and we don't know when to expect more. Keep looking as it changes every few days.
4 - This one should be part 2 of #3. We don't keep a list of customers looking for rare brass.
5 - We will be adding an email newsletter function to our webstore in the near future.
6 - We charge HST, GST and PST as the law states. The provinces all state the regulations as to how web sales are taxed when product enters their province.
