Compensators or recoil reducing FH's for PDW

It will be unveiled at the Calgary gun show and in testing has proven to be EXTREMELY effective at eliminating flash.

As the show is only a week away, lets see some pics. Or is this gonna be vapourware?

We have tested them against spex, KX3 and the Dlask flash hider and it has proven to be superior on PDWs in both 223 and 300 Whisper.

I call a serious amount of BS here. You don't have a 300 Whisper to test it on and having poo poo'd my Whisper project the entire time I highly doubt you suddenly saw the light and spent the time and effort to build a test gun using up a $600 Rock Creek barrel in the process. Then took the time to research different bullet weights, loads and gas port size to get the rifle to work properly. Then took the time to do a bunch of testing in the dark to see how much flash is generated.

If you actually knew anything about the 300 Whisper you'd know the thing produces next to no flash anyway cause it is burning such a small amount of fast powder that the flame is totally consumed before the bullet leaves the barrel. It was for this reason that Knights Armament chose the parent case for their 6x35 PDW round. Even with just a muzzle brake these little cases produce no flash. Thus to suggest your brake is better than the SPEX when tested on a gun I doubt you have, using a cartridge that doesn't produce any flash to begin with is a bit rich don't you think?

My suggestion would be that anyone following this thread who is planning to attend the Calgary Gun Show, drop by the ATRS table and ask to see their 300 Whisper test platform so we can verify the claims. It should be an easy enough thing to display the rifle that was used to prove the new flash suppressor is superior to the SPEX ...... shouldn't it?

Then there is the KX3 issue. It is interesting you don't seem to know that the KX3 and the Dlask are IDENTICAL. If you had one of each to test against you'd know that, one would think?

As is plain for all to see the SPEX produces virtually zero flash on a short barreled carbine. One has to wonder just how your design can be better than something that totally eliminates the flash? Does yours somehow produce a negative flash so that it actually sucks light out of the surrounding area making it darker with each shot?

As soon as TSC is available we will be doing side by side comparisons of many flash hiders in order to validate this claim.

So did you test yours next to others or not? First you claim you did then you say you haven't yet? Which is it?

Peter keep digging, EVENTUALLY you may be able to dig your self out of the hole you are rapidly digging yourself, but I doubt it.

Having significantly more years of experience in gun building that you have, is it so much of a surprise to you that I CAN and DO perform simple tasks like making a 300 Whisper function or that despite your best efforts to ruin my business I can survive ?? And in fact prosper. Maybe the next time you beg a friend for employment you should be up front and show him the knife you plan to stab him in the back with.


YES I have a 300 Whisper, in fact we have built several since you left, it is NOT the rocket science you seem to figure it is.

YES we have tested it head to head against the spex and others with 223 ammo and the Eliminator does just that, ELIMINATES muzzle flash better than the spex the KX3 and the few others we have tried so far.

I am MORE than aware that the 300 Whisper has virtually NO flash, hence our testing the Eliminator with short barrelled 223s.

We HAVE done inhouse testing against several other flash hiders and the Eliminator has shown significantly better results. These WILL be documented in a scientific manner that is totally transparent, unlike some of your tests.

If your business is ruined, you are gonna have to look in the mirror to see the culprit. All I did was quit to go to another job. I wasn't aware that was a hanging offense.

Other than that I have not spent a second worrying about what was happening at ATRS .... except when you couldn't keep your mouth shut telling lies about me .... to everyone who walked through your door ......... sad really.

Really, and which of my tests wasn't "transparent"?

I put video up on the internet so people can come to their own opinion. I don't make unsubstantiated claims and idle talk with not a shred of proof or documentation.

What would you know about scientific method? At best you have a couple of BS gunsmithing courses to your name, where I have an actual Bachelor of Science degree from an actual university. So I really do have a piece of paper that says I am smarter than you.

Remember, I spent near two years watching you bulls**t customers daily so I well understand the ATRS MO. BS, BS, BS, BS and more BS. If people really knew what goes into your guns, they would be SHOCKED. I know I was ......
