I had them shoot a stage that I designed, with many different shooting elements in it, first thing, however they wanted.
We recorded their times. I then broke down the stage into its component parts, going through different strategies to best shoot those elements. We covered choke selection, shot selection, deuce loading, small part on quad loading, target selection based on order of difficulty, shooting on the move, conservation of momentum....I gave plenty of tips along the way.
I then had them reshoot the stage in it entirety to see how they could put it all together. All of them improved significantly. It was a very successful day.
