Complete Rules and Regulations.

I thought this would be a sticky but if it is, I cannot find it.

Looking for a complete list and website links of all the reference material I would need to be familiar with to hold a restricted firearms license.
All applicable rules, regulations and laws, from the Criminal code, Firearms Act to Natural Resources Canada etc etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
