Completed CORE and got FWID; what now?

First you need to buy a hunting license, they expire annually at the end of March. Once you've got a license you can buy tags for the big game you want to pursue. Small game only requires the hunting license.

Go to the BC government website
log onto WILD with your username and password
You can then purchase a resident hunting license and tags online.
or
you can visit a BC Access center/Government Agent office and purchase the same over the counter.
Some retailers also sell licenses and tags over the counter

Start reading the hunting synopsis and familiarize yourself with all the in’s and out’s of the bc hunting regs, buys license and tags and get out there.
I am curious..... don't they teach people how to use the WILD system in the BC CORE course?
Back when I took my CORE , the instructor only took two students at a time. Looking back I realize that my experience and knowledge gained by that instructor was very different than other people I've talked to. He did a very thorough job and really felt prepared when I started hunting because of his instruction. They really should be educating knew graduates on the licensing process.... seems odd if they arent

They didn’t when they wife and I took the core course, we had to figure out how to get our hunter number etc on our own. Pre fwid #, still had the paper booklet for species tags lol.
