I figured they'd swap out the barrel for you. Did you clear up the issue with the sights? Just some grease on them?

Yes it was just grease, I took a q-tip to them and now they're bright white. Still wouldn't mind getting those night-sights for it. Thank you for your advice again.

Guys new sigs will have wear on the barrel from factory testing.

That's what I thought as well. I've never received a brand new gun with a barrel that was all black. Always some wear on them. Once you shoot them, there will be even more. Just cosmetic.
