Confirmation on Nosler accubond 25/06

I checked the Nosler book yesterday afternoon and I thought it said that for the 110 grain accubond with H4831 and the top load recommended, the velocity would be 4100 fps. Floating around the internet, I found some different information. It showed 3100 fps for the highest powder charge recommended. Was I that drunk when I looked in the book?

Loads range from 47 to 51.
