confiscated weapon (Mosul, Iraq)

They're a bunch of Yanks with a whole lot of guns; one dude with a flash AK doesn't stand a chance. Should have thought it through before showing it off on the street, he might have still had it.

Yanks don't follow the rules anyway.

An active insurgency sounds like a great reason for civlians to have automatic weapons.

Darn right, if you're the civilian living there and wishing to remain so.

I doubt you'd stop anybody at the door with a potato peeler.

Just my thoughts, bad idea to just steal it cause they can too, why does being the "good" guys give them that right.
Not that I've got any experiance over in the sadbox or any of the other colourful vacation spots the forces guys get stuck in. I understand they have an important role, but being god isn't it.

wow alot of hatred here for the u.s., even though the video only shows some soldiers holding the ak, for all we know the original owner is in the background, plus did anyone actually see them melt the barrel or for that matter take the gun from someone:confused:

but its on the internet so it must be so:rolleyes:

Now, just to be a devil's advocate...;)....can you imagine if a state trooper "back-home" confiscated a Winchester from one of their daddies and shot it until the barrel melted?....:yingyang:

I prefer this custom AK...
