Confused about deer hunting in Ontario.. am I guaranteed one deer tag per season?

Ok here's one: let's say I won a doe tag and a buck comes
Under my stand, can I use the doe tag on a buck?

If you have an antlerless tag, you can use it on either 1 buck or 1 doe
You can only harvest 1 animal per season with that tag

If it's an additional antlerless tag/seal it might only be good on an antlerless deer depending on WMU you applied and got it for, there may be restriction, not all additional deer seals/tags are either ###....
