Confused about Savage 110 High Country and Storm

Hi Folks,

I am looking to get a new hunting rifle, and I am trying to decide between the 110 High Country or 110 Storm.

My question is mainly with weight.

Why would the High country be 1 lb heavier?

Seems the same stock, just with camo on it, with same barrel length?

If anyone knows why, that would be awesome!

Bonus question, is the spiral fluting going to do be a big difference over the stock one?

High Country has a beefy contour barrel, spiral fluted. Still a hefty piece. Really nice rifle!
