Confused over Rifles FIR -- CZ 858 TACTICAL 2 V

My OLD (sold long ago) Rifles original NON RESTRICTED FIR is listed as:
Make: CZ
Model: CZ858 Tactical 2


The side of the rifle says :"CZ 858 TACTICAL - 2 V"

Question Can the FIR change? and this is what happened? I cant find the fir listed on my original document.

Are you mixing up the FRT# with the FIN#? Are those the same thing, or is the FIN a number specific to YOUR gun, not the gun model?
