Hi all. Ive had a hard time finding info on this through internet searches. On these TC frames is it considered restricted since it's classified as a pistol frame or as long as the overall length is over 26" is it non-restricted?

Non restricted I'd imported as a rifle over 26 inches. Restricted and stays restricted if it's made shorter than 26 inches

T/C Contender frames are only restricted in Canada what I'm trying to say is in the States where they are made there is no distinction/records from the factory if they are a pistol frame or a handgun frame.

If you were to import a Contender frame import it as a rifle frame even if it was a handgun frame and it will be non-restricted if it is in Country and is classed as restricted it will always be restricted.

I only have non-restricted frames.

Encores/Prohunters are different they are produced/recorded at the factory as handgun or rifle frames = only import rifle frames if you want it to be non-restricted.
