I live in the city and was't able to go to the range but I made a quick video inside. I don't pull the charging handle back because the mags are empty, so when I'm doing the reloads in the video I just touch the charging handle to simulate. However I do have an auto bolt release so I wouldn't be doing that As seen on my last reload. After I insert the mag, by force of habit I go directly for the foregrip instead of the charging handle.

Note to fellow shooters: Try to keep your eyes and barrel pointed at your target during reloads. It will drastically improve the speed and accuracy of your first shot.
