Not all Ruger M77 are CRF. The first iteration with the tang safety is not a CRF action. The M77 MkII and Hawkeye are CRF.

Defiance makes an action if you want to build one, but I can’t recommend Defiance these days.

I think there was a legendary arms crf out there too, but it looks like they’re closed permanently these days. Maybe their action will make a comeback with some refinements under a new name in a couple years.

Myself personally, the Winchester Model 70. Second, the Kimber and I would re-barrel it ASAP. Kimber barrels are to thin, which makes them flighty, I perfer barrels with robustness.
