A quick question.
I have put together a Sht.22 Mk.IV* Frankenfield rechambered in 222 Remington.

Got it cycling. It shoots like a charm. I have enjoyed plinking away, setting up the scope.
Burned through the ammo that I have on hand (had the ammo years before I had the rifle!!??).
Getting the kit together to reload for this little varmint cartridge.
I need more brass. I just had a brain wave, or it might be a brain fart?
I have a pile of ex military 5.56 NATO brass.............

I looked in my reloader's manual. The two cases look to be similar. This seems too easy. What am I missing?
So I ask a general question. Reforming the 223 to 222 by moving the shoulder back and resizing?
Is it doable? Does anybody have experience? Or will I find it to be a pain in the arse and am better off just buying the proper 222 brass?
