Convert COMSPEC to MILSPEC Buffer Tube

Have a norc ar. COMSPEC buffer tube. What does it take to convert it to MILSPEC? Can I just swap the actual tube? Or do I need a new buffer and spring and castle nut etc...

This. You might also find other things that don't fit perfectly. Some have had troubles getting after market hand guards to fit, and if you ever want to go free float, the FSB is a colossal pain in the dik to get off - those pins are on there really good.

both specs functions exactly the same, pretty much all stock manufactures make both versions of their products, I won't bother with updating it.

I have a better stock that I want to possibly swap out. Just wondering how much work is involved.
