Easy; block, turn off or otherwise disable/remove the gas system. Presto it's now bolt action, though you have to use the crap charging handle.

What does this achieve? Nothing really. Your AR15 is still Prohibited.

Are you talking about replacing the banned receiver with a non-restricted bolt action receiver?

If so; Then the answer is Yes.

Your DPMS parts will bolt right on to the new receiver. No problem at all.

Can anyone comment on how the SBI light practical carbine compares to the MRA Renegade? Other than the obvious no spring assist on the SBI.
