Converting a Webley Tempest to left hand.

Any Ideas on what I should do to convert a Webley Tempest for left handed shooting?
I have thought of trying to fit standard pistol grips, to making a simple plate to replace the right hand thumb grips side.

Hello, yours truly has a Tempest that I removed the safety from and installed symetrical hand carved birch/maple(?) grips, I'll post some pictures when I next get my hands on it and upload some pictures of it.
