Converting from carry handle to flat top

There seems to be allot of fixed carry handle AR-15s lying around, just wondering how extensive a project it would be to swap out the carry handle upper for a flat top? Thanks

A small punch wouldn't hurt either...to take the tube out

Dlask did it to some of the early Mini Moose rifles (at least mine was) the carry handle is milled off, the upper is milled flat and a chunk of rail was bolted on.Pretty simple conversion if you have the toys to do it.
