I putting together an order and would like to order everything I need at once. I have a Lee Progressive 1000 in 9mm with a brass collator on the way from the EE's and I want to also use it for .45acp. I already have a Lee .45acp die set I was using a single stage press from before. What are all the additional parts I will need to convert the 9mm progressive press to .45? Thanks.

At the very least, you'll need the shell plate carrier for 45 ACP, primer feed trough and pin, and I think, a case feeder assembly.
Your life will be a whole lot easier if you spring for a complete shell plate carrier assembly. Changing calibers will then become 5 minute (max) job, but if you just change the shell plate, you'll also have to change the primer feed trough, and mess around with getting the timing right.

+1, just order a shell plate carrier assembly and a new 3 hole turret. or better yet, buy a new setup entirely and you won't have to change anything :)

I'd just buy another whole system, but I'm lazy when it comes to messing around with setup, thats why I have 5 of these presses all set up on different calibers.

If you do decide to order the additional parts, I have a ton of the aluminum turrets and maybe even the shell plate carrier and some of the other parts you might need, if you are interested, let me know and I'll look and see what all I have and give you a good deal on what I have that may fit your needs.

FWIW, heres my setups, makes it a 30 second caliber change as I just pull one off my shelf and bolt it down on my bench, they already have primers and powder left in them from the previous time it was used so I just top up the powder and primers and start reloading!
