Right now I've got a Bushnell 3-9x32 scope (Yes, I know it is for rimfire rifles, hence why i'm posting this.) on my Rem 700 30-06. I get a decent grouping at 100 yards but I want to get serious with shooting, so I think an upgrade would help. I know nothing about scopes, so school me on this.
This is my deer rifle. I shoot generally between 100-200 yards, but some situations have left me shooting at ~50 yards. I've been experimenting with different factory loads to see what my rifle likes best, so far it seems to be Winchester 180 gr. I am going to get into reloading to refine this.
Give me your recommendations!
