Take it apart and clean, and inspect.
There's two bolts - 1) the big one that separates the stock from the metal and 2) the rod with nut that holds the mag tube to the barrel. That one is a bit of a finesse, the nut needs to be tight, but the rod under needs to be JUST tight enough to the tube to hold it in place but not too tight as it needs to allow the tube to move with the bolt. A little grease may help
Work the action with the stock off to see if there is an obvious problem.
The bolt is attached to the mag tube, you can shake it loose once you have the rod&nut removed. Make sure the metal is all lined up underneath. There's a metal tab that fits into a slot at the end of the "mag action" to push up the bullet. My guess is this is where your problem is and may require two pairs of pliers to gently bend the metal into place. A little grease here also helps.
Unless it's the bolt face. That gets a good degreasing and cleaning. Dental floss, pipe cleaners and dentist picks (my surplus store has them for $5) are your friends.
FWIW I paid $135 today for an excellent condition 60. You got quite a bargain - could be for a reason.
