Cooey 600 hard extraction

Got a Cooey 600 last week and just got a chance to try it out today. Shot a CCI .22 short and needed to hit the bolt handle a couple time to open the action. What could be causing this? Wax build up in the chamber?

It's possible the mag tube retaining nut is too tight, not allowing the bolt and mag tube unit to slide correctly..
These and the Cooey 60, need to be adjusted "just so".

Sometimes feeding issues aren't anything to do with the actual bolt,I had the same problem,except the nut was too loose,resulting in spilling out all the shells..couldn't figure it out,until I adjusted the nut holding the mag tube, plus the retaining bolt was loose ( fixed with JB weld) worked just fine after that...

All above is good advise also how about giving it a complete cleaning. Maybe it's never had one.
