Not mentioning what parts you have, or why you want to part it out over selling it 'As Is', might I suggest taking a look at the EE and see what is posted there. Should be able to get a decent estimate of value. Worst case, put it up as you see fit and value it, and see if anyone bites. If not, you can always lower the price.
 
I've seen very nice specimens (as in, near-new condition) sit a long time @ $150-$175...so a parts gun, sight unseen..maybe $75? news is right~throw it up there at a price you think might be fair, and see what happens.
 
If it's not a shooter in its current state, I'd expect around $100 for the whole rifle. Maybe less if in poor condition; IMO the most valuable part is the magazine tube as Western etc. want big money for new ones. These rifles are literally a dime a dozen so I wouldn't hold my breath on making any money by parting it out. I sold a complete functioning rifle locally for something like $110 and in the end, the buyer didn't seem happy with his purchase, YMMV.
 
The two items sought after most are extractor and inner mag tube.
Tube is worth more in the $50-$60 range, extractor-$30.
If you can find the parts for less, you’re doing well.
