Cooey 64B magazine / interchange ?

Need a magazine for an old cooey 64b. I understand the magazine is the same as a savage model 64, but wanted to check here before i go ahead and track one down.

Confirmed!

The only difference between a current one and an original would be the colour of the follower (original were white, new are red), and newer magazines have a bit of a cut out at the feed lips. Completely interchangeable.

I adore my 64's

I just came back from SFRC and they had some on their shelves. They are not terribly difficult to find.

I found them much cheaper when bought direct from Savage Arms and delivered to my door.

Hey are there any higher capacity magazines (ie 25 rounds) that fit a Lakefield 64B, like the hi-cap mags for the 10/22?

My solution to a good supply of ammo was to carry 5 loaded mags. plus they do not get bumped and broken like the 25 capacity mags would.
